Leslie, thank you for visiting Word Wenches with a great interview! It's our tradition here to declare our guests to be Honorary Word Wenches (thus bestowing the right to put HWW after your name). With that honor comes a virtual gift -- that way we can afford anything that suits our fancy and suits our guests, and virtual gifts fit the Wenchly budget so nicely.
For you, we've chosen this 18th century French chateau in Dordogne, France! We know you would find a writer's heaven here, and we'd all love to visit for an afternoon party avec chocolat, as we all lounge on les chaises longues with which you would no doubt furnish your new place!
Again, thanks for an enjoyable interview, and please feel welcome to return to Wenches anytime!
Susan & All the Wenches
Oooh, ooph! Can I get invited to stay? Pretty please? You'll make a most excellent chatelaine, Leslie!

WOW!!! It's gorgeous! Such a thoughtful gift. I am SO honored and touched ... and gee, it looks like there are rooms for all of us -- especially you, MJP! Just let me fetch my ring of keys. And I wonder if Angelina's delivers? :) We'll all sip cognac and trade witticisms while we wait for the Chocolat Africain to arrive.
Thanks to Susan and all the wenches for hosting my interview, and I am so thrilled to be an HWW! I suppose if I use it on my email tagline "Fulltime History Hoyden and HWW" -- it will be a conversation starter!

Lovely. I'd like my son to take a look at the iron work in the railing. He is a blacksmith. Would have him copy it, but don't have a hall to put it in.

WOW! That's an awesome HWW gift. Congrats, Leslie. And when you get the party together, can I come too?
