Elizabeth, it is a Word Wench tradition to invite our special guests to join the ranks of Honorary Word Wenches (H.W.W.), listed in the column below on the right, and to offer a virtual gift as a thank you for visiting us.  For your wenchly thank you present we would like to give you the famous Glass House designed by Philip Johnson, as we thought virtual living in it might offer an interesting contrast to your childhood spent in a Georgian Manor. The pleasure was all mine – I thoroughly enjoyed my guest blogging, and I love your website, which always has something new and interesting. I’m also thrilled to be an honorary Word Wench, and Philip Johnson’s virtual Glass House looks a very inspiring place to work in. I can very happily imagine myself writing there and looking out to admire the scenery from time to time. Thank you.
