This coming Friday, Linda Fildew will be Anne Gracie's guest. Linda is the Senior Editor at Harlequin Historicals, and she'll be bringing her editor's insight to the interview. You won't want to miss this one!
And speaking of Anne, she just got a starred review from Library Journal for her September release, To Catch a Bride. Way to go, Anne!
As of 2010 Nicola is going to be published by MIRA in the UK, an accolade only previously given to one other author. UK MIRA books will start in June 2010 with the first in the Brides of Fortune series. (In the meantime Nicola has "Kidnapped" out in the UK in September from Mills & Boon Single Titles.) In other news, Nicola's Unmasked was a finalist in the Cover Cafe contest for best historical romance book cover 2008!
As a thank you to Elizabeth Chadwick for visiting with us last week, Jo has chosen a virtual gift for Elizabeth: Pembroke Castle! (See Jo's post in the comments section of the Chadwick interview, including a link for more castle pictures). Elizabeth, you are now an official Honorary Word Wench, and with that honor comes the privilege of adding "HWW" after your name. Here is a picture of Pembroke Castle, complete with manicured lawn.
Good line up for the week. Lovely picture. I can't wait until my husband can travel to England, Scotland, and Ireland.
Congratulations, Elizabeth.
