Jo here, feeling grumpy. I don't have a Charlie pic, so here's a wattly bird of some sort who maybe suits my mood. As Pat said, Typepad wasn't kind last night. The rest of this is what I wrote last night.
I don't know what Typepad is doing, but it took forever to sign on. My main grouch is against the Marriott Wardman Park hotel for not having wi-fi in the rooms! Bad enough that they make guests pay for it, but to require cable connect is very irritating. I travel with a Mac Air, which has limited ports and I didn't bring the various cables because in over a year, and in many countries, I've never needed them. I expect wi-fi, people. I don't see why it can't be free, too. Cheaper places often have free wi-fi, so why not the pricey places. It's ridiculous.
Then there's the fact that pressing the button for housekeeping gets an answering machine, and no one ever responds to left messages.
